Compact and lightweight by design, the Metabo 216mm Laser Cut Mitre Saw is suitable for one-handed transport, since it’s super easy to move and carry. The ergonomically-designed handles and saw head also lock to make for a comfortable transition. Its robust die-cast aluminum design includes effective dust extraction via the integrated dust scoop, keeping the saw and workplace free of debris. Using the stop points also allows for fast and precise setting of common angles, while the integrated laser offers an exact display of the cutting line for maximum precision.

On top of this, the saw has an infinitely extendable table width extension, which is removable so you can store slabs and long panels underneath. A material clamp provides secure fixing of the work piece from the top or front too, and the saw head can be inclined to the left, with additional angle range for undercuts and a high sliding rear fence profiles for safe sawing.

All scales and operating elements are visible from the working position and can be operated intuitively. Easy saw blade change by means of spindle lock, so there is no dismantling of the pendulum protective cover. There is also a bright LED work light for illumination of the cutting line (mains powered, no batteries required).
